The Living Heart Community

Community and Connection at the Heart of Health

Supporting NHS Trusts

Since 2013 we have been providing consultancy, facilitation and community design for NHS and private practice teams working with patients undergoing long term treatment or recovering from life changing events.

Having talked to hundreds of patients, family members and supporters, we know the vital role connection, community and psychological support play in recovery. That’s why we help teams design pathways, develop facilitation skills, and create and host communities that provide patients and their supporters with the day to day psychological support needed during their rehabilitation/healing journeys.
